Privacy at NextWork50
The assessment is deliberately local-first. It does not need an account and does not send your career answers to a server.
Assessment data
Your draft assessment, most recent completed plan, action-checklist state and shortlist are stored in your own browser using local storage. They stay on that device unless you clear browser data.
Share links
When you use “Copy share link,” the site encodes your assessment selections in the URL fragment so another browser can reconstruct the plan. Your optional first name is removed before the share link is created. Anyone with the link can see the remaining selections, so do not treat the link as secret.
Email forms
The optional newsletter and follow-up forms are configured for Netlify Forms. If the site is deployed on Netlify and you submit one of those forms, the email address and the form's hidden context fields are sent to the site owner through Netlify's form service. If the site is deployed elsewhere, the owner must connect a form backend before collecting submissions.
Analytics and cookies
NextWork50 currently ships without analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookie scripts. If analytics are added later, this privacy notice should be updated before launch.
AI services
The current assessment does not call an external AI model. If NextWork50 adds external AI-generated explanations or résumé assistance, the interface should clearly state what information is sent, to which service, and for what purpose.
If site services change
This page explains the product’s current privacy behavior; it is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. The notice should be updated whenever hosting, analytics, email providers, data flows or target markets change.
